Participating Hotels
- The special rate is available exclusively to current Tata employees.
- This rate is applicable for personal travel only and cannot be used for business travel.
- The Tata employee must stay at the hotel along with friends and family to avail of this rate.
- The original Tata company employee ID must be presented at the time of check-in. The hotel team will retain a copy for records.
- In the absence of a valid company ID, the special rate will not apply, and the hotel will charge the best available public rate with no discounts or inclusions.
- This offer is available only at participating hotels and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Limited rooms are available, and blackout dates may apply.
- The discounted rate is calculated on the best available rate and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, package, or negotiated rate.
- Employees are entitled to a 25% discount on food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages), laundry, and spa services during their stay.
- Maximum room occupancy is as per the hotel’s policy. Additional charges will apply for extra adults or children, as applicable.
- A credit card guarantee is required at the time of reservation through tokenization.
- Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days prior to the check-in date or as defined by the hotel at the time of booking. Cancellations within the penalty period will incur charges for the full duration of the stay.
- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full room rate and applicable taxes to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- All bills must be settled by the traveler at the time of check-out. No charges will be billed to the company or against the employee’s company ID.
- This rate is not eligible for earning points under any loyalty program.
- Travel agents are not authorized to book the Friends and Family Rate for Tata Associates, and the rate is net and non-commissionable.
- In case of modification, rates are subject to change, and room availability will apply.
- The Tata Employees Rate may be used for a maximum of 3 rooms with no more than 9 guests at a time. Group bookings exceeding this limit will not be eligible and may be refused or charged at different rates.
- The maximum length of stay per hotel is 7 nights. Stays longer than 7 nights require prior hotel approval and may be charged at special rates.
- Any misuse of the Tata Employees Rate, as determined by IHCL management, will be treated as a breach of policy and may result in disciplinary action.
- The Tata Employees Rate Policy may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
